“ Alhamdulillah! We just completed our Umrah tour to Saudi Arabia and for the Madinah part of the trip we stayed at Al Ritz Al Madina hotel. Check in was smooth even though we arrived around 10 pm on February 8th (I had called their front desk before leaving home to make sure that our late arrival was okay). The best thing about the place is that the hotel is less than 5 mins walk from the outer boundaries of Masjid al Nabawi. The support staff of the hotel are super polite and very attentive as well. The only issue I would kindly draw management’s attention is to the air conditioning in the room and restroom amenities. Overall, good experience and stay. Jazakallah. ”
“ Very pleasant stay in this hotel. From responsive and helpful staff to amazing facilities. The room is clean, the beds are pretty big, and bathroom space is big. This place near to The Prophet's Mosque, shops, eats, and Hop in hop off shuttle bus. Recommended to stay for umrah. ”
“ Incredible experience at the Al Ritz. The location to the Masjid is the best, very short walk to the masjid. The crowd to and from the masjid is very quiet. The hotel itself is very quiet. The staff were outstanding. The rooms were cleaned daily and request for water and other items were done immediately. The elevator was the only downside, with 4 elevators operating it gets very crowded and long wait times to get an elevator so you either have to get on the elevators early to get to masjid and when coming back rush back or wait until it all clears up. Lots of restaurants in the area along with a little shop downstairs were I was able to get items for my daughter. I would highly recommend the Al Ritz ”
“ The room’s condition is not too bad but not that great. Good enough for you to only sleep at night as most of the time are spent in the mosque. But our room is lack of window so it’s a bit dark altho during the day. If u need anything can call the housekeeping. If u check out earlier, can store your luggage in the luggage room provided. ”
